We were inspected on 7th and 8th February 2024 and are delighted that Sandringham remains a good school, with a strong emphasis reported on our kind and caring ethos and inclusive nature where "every pupil is valued for who they are".

Our curriculum has been highlighted as a particular strength, having been developed “meticulously” to ensure that pupils are able to recall what they have learned and build upon this. This is thanks to our teaching staff, who place “great emphasis on knowing each pupil and their specific needs”, “know how to implement the curriculum effectively”, have “strong subject knowledge” and recognise the positive impact of working collaboratively.

The inspection report notes the high standards of behaviour in our school, which our children exemplify and talk positively about. We are delighted that the inspector experienced our “calm and purposeful atmosphere which helps pupils to remain focused on learning during lessons” and could not be prouder of our “enthusiastic, polite and courteous” children at Sandringham.

We are incredibly pleased that the realisation of our Kite vision - for every pupil to be happy and healthy, to contribute positively to their communities and achieve academic excellence – shines through in the report findings.
